Welcome to Blue Zone Realty Group

Our mother moved to Costa Rica 25 years ago with the vision of a better life for herself in a land of beauty and nature. Mauricio was 15 when he was adopted into our family and I have been traveling back and forth from the US ever since our mother moved down. I have been a realtor in the US for over 20 years and then began to informally practice real estate in Costa Rica as well.

At first, it was only for friends and family, so many of whom, inspired by our journey, decided to go down and find a place for themselves! So we naturally offered our help. They then began referring friends and it has naturally progressed to the point where we now proudly call ourselves The Blue Zone Realty Group.

Mauricio, having grown up and lived in the area his whole life, is intimately familiar with our local community of Nandayure and the greater area of Guanacaste. People come to him when they have a property to sell, and he sniffs out the best local deals around.
